Contingency Lawyer: Our Fee: No Win No Fee Contingency Lawyers

One of the most common questions we’re asked is “how much does it cost to hire you?”

We’re pleased to tell you that our fee for personal injury claims is by contingency.  In other words, no win, no fee.

What does contingency fee mean?

A contingency fee means our fee is a percentage of the money we recover for you.  It’s a percentage of the compensation you receive that is NOT paid until we recover money for you.

This means that you do not need to pay us any money up front.

Special offer

Presently, our BC contingency lawyers are pleased to offer a $250 discount to our fee.  This discount applies to our contingency fee – so when you receive compensation, we receive our fee LESS  $250.  This means you receive an additional $250.

How much does it cost to meet with a lawyer in your firm?

Nothing.  Call us or fill in the form and if we believe you have a case, we’ll set up a free consultation with you during which you can tell us about your personal injury claim.  We’ll then decide if it’s a case we can take on.

What types of matters do you charge contingency fees?
