Customer Service and Capable Legal Services
Our firm was founded on the principles of providing excellent customer service and capable legal services. We understand that people hire lawyers often times of difficulty and therefore require prompt, friendly and capable service. Our firm has grown to become one of the largest firms in the Fraser Valley simply because more and more people wish to hire us. We are pleased to serve growing demand for our services and continue to provide friendly customer service and capable legal services.
For example, we do all we can to promptly return phone calls if we’re not available when you call. If available, we’re happy to take your call right away to see how we can help immediately. We know you want answers to your questions and to get the ball rolling sooner rather than later with your legal matter. We take those wishes seriously and therefore do all we can to make ourselves available to help you promptly.
All of our lawyers have direct lines with private voice mail. When you call, you’ll either speak immediately with one of our lawyers or be offered the opportunity to leave a private and confidential voice mail message – to which we’ll respond as quickly as possible.
Our legal team is there to help as well
Each of our legal departments have a large, knowledgeable, and capable staff of paralegals who can often help you with your matter. If our lawyers are not available, we’re happy to offer you the opportunity to speak with a knowledgeable paralegal so that your questions are answered quickly.
Our Fees
Our legal fees vary, depending on the type of legal services you require. Generally, our fees for legal services are charged hourly with the exception of our personal injury legal services, which we do on contingency if we take on your personal injury claim.
How to hire our firm
Generally, new clients call us to discuss their matter on the phone or to simply schedule an initial consultation. If after talking to you on the phone we believe it’s a matter that we can help you with, then we like to meet new clients during an initial consultation.
Consultations
For our personal injury legal services, we offer a free consultation. We’re happy to schedule sufficient time to meet with you to discuss your claim in detail and then let you know if it’s a claim that we can take on.
For our non-personal injury consultations we do charge a consultation fee. The reason we charge for consultations is that we like to set aside dedicated time to meet with you to get a full understanding of what you need. It also gives us an opportunity to provide you feedback to your situation. Whenever possible, we provide you a legal opinion in-person, but if your matter is more complex, research may be required.
No obligation
Whether you meet with us for a free personal injury consultation or a paid consultation for any of our other legal services, you are under no obligation to hire us. When you meet with us, we’ll explain the next steps including how to hire us.
